I’ve been wearing one for 2 months and love it! I’m trying to find sources of good fuel for long rides and runs. I tried a few foods before ( Ucann bar, gluten free bread with almond butter ) which spiked my glucose over 70 points! I would love to know 1. Are higher glucose spikes more acceptable during endurance events? 2. Are those high spikes followed by steep drops which are also bad ?
