As much as I love training, racing and playing … I need to always remind myself how to slow down and push pause/re-set/reboot to avoid over training and under recovery.
My focus for 2019-2020 and beyond is to share my story and my new approach to life as well as training and racing. The topic I will be presenting on Jimmy Moore’s low-carb cruise in June is about “THE IMPACTS OF CHRONIC STRESS ON THE WHOLE YOU!”
I will be spreading my story about LIFE IS NOT A RACE… IT IS A JOURNEY and how you can pace the WHOLE you from the inside out with The WHOLESTIC Method approach.
My focus is to not only present THE WHOLESTIC METHOD at conferences but to build an online coaching program for groups with my 5-day Jumpstart monthly challenge and my 30-day Total Transformation Challenge. I will be offering Nutritional Therapy to client locally as well as online as well as THE WHOLESTIC Method coaching for individuals and athletes of all levels looking to improve performance and longevity.
