Today we sit down with Andy Beckman and Joe Lombardo from Garmin to figure out how to get the most out of our Garmin watches.

Debbie notices that there are a lot of features on her Garmin watch that she doesn’t use because she doesn’t know what they do, and that’s why she was excited to invite them to this episode.

Andy and Joe describe what they do at Garmin and talk about their involvement with fitness that led them to where they are today, including the marathons that Joe has participated in.

We learn how a Garmin watch can let us know if we have recovered enough to work out again, and the guys go over many more features of their watches and other Garmin products that help us with the holistic approach to becoming the best athletes we can be.
