July and August: 4 or 8 week program to develop sport specific skills, mobility, flexibility, balance and metabolic conditioning.
Starting July 5: four week program
Mondays and Wednesdays with Wendy Phillips
Tuesdays and Thursdays with Kelvin Wallace
Time: 1:10 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Packages for July-August:
Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs $120 per month ($131.40 with sales tax)
Or four times a week: $224 per month ($245.28 with sales tax)
