My Favorite Podcasts

I love to learn about nutrition, exercise and health & functional medicine, but I don’t have enough time to read all the books that are on my list or bed side table.  My solution is to listen to podcasts while I am getting ready on the morning, driving in the car, traveling or while exercising.   I can learn about the newest research studies we rarely hear about as well as interviews with top doctors on functional medicine and functional medicine plus more. 

I am surprised how many people do not know about podcasts or how to download them onto their phone/tablet.  I thought I would write a short blog to explain how to get started into podcasts as well as introduce you to my favorite “underground” health and fitness podcasts on ITunes.   Best thing…they are FREE and sometimes entertaining!

Directions for iPhone:

Step one:         download PODCAST app on ITunes apps

Step two:         “search” for health and fitness apps

Step three:       “subscribe” to your favorite podcasts 

Step four:        download which episodes you wish to listen to or all episodes

Step five:         “add” episodes as you go for continued information! 

Step six:          “Like” your favorite podcast Facebook page (FIT FAT FAST) to keep updated on new information and to ask questions.
