HITT or Yoga?

HITT or Yoga?

What are you doing for your workouts each week?

Do you recover before the next session?

Are you including 2-3 hard interval training workouts?

Yoga and Core workouts?  Variety.  We need both.

Yoga people need more strength training.   HIIT people need more yoga.

Fitness Forward Studio takes care of our clients needs with a variety of total body workouts. We implement yoga, mobility and Pilates mat into our weekly workouts for our clients as well as HIIT metabolic TBW training.

We are on it. The fitness industry is over doing high intensity training … It is not to be a daily workout.

Internal training (HIIT) should be 10-20% of weekly training program. Where your heart rate monitor to make sure you are going hard on the hard intervals and lowering heart rate on the rest interval until ready to go hard again.
This is why we offer a variety of group training sessions at Fitness Forward as we don’t want you to do HIIT training everyday. The recovery is when you are getting the magic results … If you don’t build in recovery workouts after your high intensity workouts then you are missing the window where your body rebuilds.
Do your mobility, core and yoga sessions the day after a HIIT workouts.
Fitness Forward Studio style of training sets us apart from all the other private studios and gyms in the area… We allow our clients to recover with our Mobility & Core workouts or Yoga Core. Go hard in the hard days then recover on the active recovery days. You can workout everyday but don’t do HIIT everyday for many reasons including you won’t be giving your best on the hard day of you are pre-fatigued.
