Are “Gluten Free” items a good replacement?

Are “Gluten Free” items a good replacement?

People are jumping on the “Gluten Free” bandwagon but instead of understanding why we need to cut out gluten and selecting real whole foods they are selecting processed “Gluten Free” substitutes.

Start with reading the ingredients on the back of the box of that “Gluten Free”, “Natural” and “Organic” product. What does it say? Do you understand what the words mean and where the ingredient is derived from?

Why do we need to eat these “gluten free” items? Try just replacing your “Standard American Diet” with more organic colorful vegetables, healthy fats (stop being fat phoebic) and grass fed pasture raised proteins (healthy happy animals).

We are not able to digest and break down gluten and most grains so why do we think “gluten free” foods are not going to cause digestion problems? Gluten Free products are still processed and manufactured foods.

Solution… stick with eating REAL WHOLE foods that was not creating in a factory! The major food manufactories and marketing companies do not make money from the consumer buying real food so they are not going to come clean with the truth of processed “gluten free” foods.
