Join our new TRX Power Stretch classes which are designed to release tight hip flexors, chest and shoulders.  Open the front of the body and strengthen the back side.  Re-align the body!  We practice yoga and add the TRX Suspension straps to go deeper into the opening poses… then add a little foam roller or Yamuna ball rolling for myofascial release.  Your body needs this release daily!
