I know many of us have been “stuck” at home the past three months and lost our sense of routine, purpose and healthy lifestyle habits!
Perhaps you have been staying up late, sleeping in, eating processed “junk” foods and not getting exercise as you did before …”back in the day” (my new saying!).
I know I struggled with my body changing the past three months as I was not able to get to the gym to lift weights as I usually do three days a week plus Master Swim class three to four days a week. My strong arms are now mushy arms!
