Get Results in Less Time with these workouts… or come to Fitness Forward Studio

If you don’t have time to spend hours in the gym (waste of time really!)  then try some of these workouts …workout in less time and get the results you are looking for!  30 minutes is all you need!  Warm up before you begin… foam roller afterwards

Core Blaster! Do 45-60 seconds per exercise x four rounds

1.  Sandbag Cleans

2. Lunges with Sandbag or Kettlebell rotations

3. Rip Trainer with 1/4 turn hop and press

4.  Freeweights (or USB or KB) squat thrusters

5.  Ankle band side steps

6.  Renegade Rows with free weights

7. Leg Curl with stability ball or TRX

8.  Cables up chops

9.  BOSU Burpees (or without BOSU)

10.  TRX or Mat planks

 

or

4 Rounds x 15 reps

1. Pushups

2. Squats

3.  Pull-ups or TRX/band Row

4. Ball Planks

5. Mt. Climbers planks- switch to jumping jack legs or ski hops

Another 30 minute workout:  15 reps AMRAP

1.  Pull ups under TRX

2. Pushups on TRX or BOSU or floor

3.  Ball knee crunches (feet on the ball)

4. Lunges with weights in each hand.  Front foot elevated

5.  Box Jumps or BOSU straddle jumps

6. Side Plank reach unders

7. Mt. Climbers with cross body knee crunch or ski hops left/right

8.  Run 1/4 mile on treadmill or other cardio for 1:30-2 minutes

repeat circuit for 30 minutes
