We found the best program for you to get results inside and outside of Fitness Forward Studio. We want to help you train everyday in different ways…variety is the key to improving your fat loss, health and performance.
If you want to become a fat burning machine you need to eat right…eat real food but you have to exercise right as well as the other elements of my “WHOLESTIC Method” coaching to improve fat loss, health and performance for all individuals. We can’t do high intensity interval training (HIIT) each day so we are going to monitor, measure and track your workouts with you on the MYZONE app. If you did a high heart rate workout then the next day we are going to keep you in the blue (active recovery) and green zones (aerobic training) in your workouts.
From observing your performance in our Fitness Forward workouts we are now offering more mobility and yoga into our strength/cardio workouts called “Total Body Workout 30/20”. Some workouts will be more “HIIT” and then other days will be more strength and aerobic training with mobility, flexibility and yoga workout before, during or after the main set. We want you to get strong and lean but also to move right! The way we sleep, eat, sit, work, drive and walk (and more!) create poor postural habits and changes our alignment. We want to help you open up the tight and restricted areas then strengthen the unused elongated areas. We design our small group personal training workouts and group training workouts based on your requests/demands and needs! Let us know what you want and need anytime as we are only here for you!

When you wear your physical activity belt within a MYZONE-enabled section of your club, your information will be streamed to displays in the form of a color-coded, easy-to-read tile, which motivates you to put in the effort required to get the results you want.
The MYZONE App
The free MYZONE App makes it easy for you to stream your activity, upload your data, and review your results from your smartphone. The app allows you to monitor your activity calendar, workout graphs, and challenges. You can also upload personal before and after photos and keep a picture food diary!
Live Feedback Outside the Club
The MYZONE MZ-3 Belt provides all the MYZONE benefits outside your club by pairing with the MYZONE app to serve as your portable tile. Users of the MZ-50 watch may also view their data on the go.

REGISTERING YOUR BELT HOW TO WEAR YOUR BELT
- Go to myzone.org or open the MYZONE app on your smartphone, and select “Register Your Belt.”
- Enter your gym’s unique facility code. FITFORUS001
- Enter your unique belt ID number, which can be found on the back of your MYZONE belt’s module.
- Filling out the remaining fields is easy! In order to ensure your MYZONE readings are as accurate as possible, enter you gender, height, weight and date of birth.
- Once you’re finished, click ‘Submit’ and then log-in to your personal profile with your email address and password.
Adjust your MYZONE Belt so that it fits comfortably across the bottom of your chest with the MYZONE logo in the center. To ensure a consistent and stable connection, your MYZONE belt should be secured firmly around your body.
When you hear one beep, your heartbeat has been detected. You are now ready to start your Move.
Belt Tips:
Wet the rubber sensors when you wear your belt to improve connection. Ensure the rubber sensors remain in contact with your skin throughout your workout to avoid interruption in data. If your connection is inconsistent, try moving your belt sideways to different positions around.
The color of your tile represents the zone you’re working in according to your effort.
MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs) are awarded for every minute spent exercising in your personal intensity zones. The more effort, the more MEPs.
UPLOADING STORED DATA
Step 1: Stand within 10 feet of a MYZONE receiver. Ensure the Home Screen is displayed.
Step 2: To initiate an upload you must activate the belt. To do this either: Wear the belt as normal OR place your thumbs on the rubber sensors.
Step 3: When your name and the current time appear on the feed at the foot of the display screen (like the image below), your upload is complete and your belt is empty.
Outside the club:
MZ-3 users can connect their belt with the MYZONE smartphone app to upload data by activating the belt. Please note the app must be open with the personal tile reading live under the “Effort Stream” section of the app. Your upload is complete when the “Last Successful Upload” time updates below your tile.
Helpful Hint:
When you wear your belt outside the range of a MYZONE receiver, your belt will automatically record these workouts (up to 16 hours of exercise data can be stored). To see if you still have workout data stored on your belt, check your account online or through the app to see when you last completed an upload.
