How do we improve our metabolism?

How do we get faster and stronger as we age up in sports?

I don’t know about you but I want to improve the aging process.  Instead of blaming getting older as an excuse to getting slower, fatter and softer… I want to be faster, leaner and stronger!

How can we hack our metabolism for energy, repair and recovery?
