How do you listen to Debbie’s Podcast…The WHOLE Athlete?

PODCAST photoDebbie Potts hosts her own podcast now called “The WHOLE Athlete” podcast available on Itunes and Stitcher Radio.  Previously her podcast was called “Shut the Front Door!” after she co-hosted the “Fit Fat Fast” podcast with Jon Smith.  Debbie loves doing the podcast to help share “underground” “WHOLESTIC Method” information related to fueling, training and performing tips for athletes of all levels.

How do you listen to a podcast?  You need to set up my podcast on your Iphone by…

  1. Make sure you download your “podcast” app on your iphone
  2. Search for “Debbie Potts” or “The WHOLE Athlete” podcast
  3. Click on “Subscribe” to “The WHOLE Athlete” Podcast by me!
  4. Click on the “feed” to listen to past episodes
  5. Search on the “feed” to find specific topics (see title or click on screen for show notes to learn more about the episode) and then click on “download” episode.
  6. Once your selected episodes are downloaded then you can listen when you are stuck in your car or on a run or walk.
  7. Every Tuesday we have a new episode on various topics of my “The WHOLESTIC Method”…nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, movement, digestion/gut health, hormones, hydration and happiness.  Each week I have a different guest co-host to talk about various subjects.
  8. This week “The WHOLE Athlete” podcast -we chat about training and tapering for Ironman this summer or fall. Listen to my friend Brock Armstrong share is coaching tips for his athletes.
  9. Please leave a review on Itunes to help get my podcast ranking and visiblity higher on the health and fitness podcsat list.
  10.
