For the past ten years, I have offered a “21 day Sugar Detox” Challenge that changed into a 5-day Jumpstart Challenge. The main goal has always been to help people lose weight, burn fat instead of sugar and improve their overall health from the inside out. In 2013, based on my experience as a trainer, coach, athlete and my body- I created THE WHOLESTIC METHOD PROGRAM to teach people how to become fat burners and get off the blood sugar roller coaster while reducing stress, slowing down during the day and improving sleep!
My 5-day Jumpstart Challenge is designed to get you off the carbohydrates and switching to a higher fat, moderate protein and low carbohydrate food plan… or even better take the 30-day total transformation program to get off the blood sugar roller coaster and learn how to stop living life as a race.
We will have weekly ZOOM video conference calls as well as optional mid-week check in group calls for support, motivation and guidance.
