This can keep us energized during workouts without having the GI distress that comes with sugar.

Matt has his own triathlon background, even winning IRONMAN Maryland in 2014. His GI distress made him discover UCAN as a consumer, and he loved it so much that he wanted to start working for the company after spending nine years working on Wall Street.

Matt reveals some diet changes he made that made him burn fat at a faster rate. He teaches us about what UCAN does, how to use it, and how it greatly improved his performance.
