I believe we are all unique bio-individuals with different food sensivities, microbiomes, genetics and activty levels.

There is not a “one size fits all” approach to eating so I don’t like to give an eating program for everyone to follow as none of us are unique… but I do want to give people ideas of what to eat to show how easy eating real nutrient dense food can be everyday!
