As I have been gradually announcing…my fitness studio after ten (plus 2) years is coming to a close on October 1st. I will finally begin to focus my energy onto creating online group and individual coaching programs for training the WHOLE athlete with The WHOLESTIC Method elements. I created THE WHOLESTIC METHOD back in 2014, plus I even created a manual and workbook for the program, but I never focused on growing the program or sharing the concepts on other podcasts! Finally my building is being torn down and I am being forced to move on to my pursue my passion, purpose and mission- Training and Transforming the WHOLE athlete from the inside out with The WHOLESTIC Method to improve performance and longevity.

I am combining my 27 years of experience, education and training into my coaching program including:
