A new experience for 2018 as I continue my “The WHOLE Athlete” self-care project 2018. I am searching for new ways, methods, treatments or as some people call them “bio-hacks” to transform the WHOLE athlete from the inside out. My goal is to try something new two times a month that will help me speed up my recovery, improve my health from a cellular level and to help rebuild my adrenals. This new journey really all started back in 2013, when I was “hit” with Adrenal Exhaustion but if you read my personal story in LIFE IS NOT A RACE (on Amazon) then you know all about my journey! LIFE IS A JOURNEY!
Now in 2018, after spending last year becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am now focused on rebuilding myself as well as sharing methods to transform The WHOLE Athlete via my podcast and The WHOLESTIC Method Manual & Workbook. Next year I will launch my new website with The WHOLESTIC Method 30-Day Transformation program!
