I have exciting health and fitness news to share with your community!    Please read attached press release for our upcoming new workout system called “MYZONE” training at Fitness Forward Studio this November 2015.myzone_tile_image-341x497

After twenty plus years in the fitness industry, I have been on a mission in to help individuals become fat burning machines with my new “WHOLESTIC Method”.  We implement eight elements into our coaching program to improve fat loss, health and performance in life and sports.  One of the key elements is EXERCISE of course and in order to help clients get the results they are looking for at a studio is to implement the new MYZONE training system into our workouts.  We will be using heart rate monitors to measure, monitor and manage our clients fitness training in our Fitness Forward workout sessions for individuals of all levels and abilities. The MYZONE training style of workouts at Fitness Forward Studio are designed to help our clients of all levels burn fat, improve their metabolism, recovery and most importantly avoid overtraining!

Stay tuned for new and exciting small group and group personal training workouts to train people in different heart rate zones and improve their mobility with our 30/20 workouts and new CARDIO BLAST workout sessions (and even TRI BRICK training).  Variety is the key to improve fat loss, health and performance for all individuals!  Work hard…recovery harder!

REGISTERING YOUR BELT HOW TO WEAR YOUR BELT

  1. Go to www.myzone.org or open the MYZONE app on your smartphone, and select “Register Your Belt.”
  2.  Enter your gym’s unique facility code:  FITFORUS001
  3. Enter your unique belt ID number, which can be found on the back of your MYZONE belt’s module.
  4. Filling out the remaining fields is easy! In order to ensure your MYZONE readings are as accurate as possible, enter you gender, height, weight and date of birth.
  5. Once you’re finished, click ‘Submit’ and then log-in to your personal profile with your email address and password.

Now start playing…your effort will be rewarded.  Start moving!
