Why should we do an INFRARED SAUNA weekly?

I have been trying out Sunlighten infrared saunas as well as Clearlight saunas the past few weeks but actually I started becoming interested in the benefits of infrared saunas last year when I was learning about our detoxification system, elimination pathways and our liver while in school to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.  After my own journey, as shared openly in my book LIFE IS NOT A RACE, my body has been through the wringer as has most of everyone else as living LIFE is filled with external and internal toxins as well as sources of STRESS!

Also, I am all about speeding up the healing process from workouts and injuries as well as helping improve my aging process as I am now suddenly 46 years young!  I want to rebuild my health starting from a cellular level by following my own program- The WHOLESTIC Method 5-day Liver Detox and 21-Day Digestive Reset Program (all in my manual and workbook) to improve my own performance.  Part of my journey is to transform the WHOLE me from the inside out and an infrared sauna a few times a week is part of that journey.  How?

Infrared saunas work from the inside out by heating up your core temperature directly rather than heating up the air.  By raising the core body temperature, we produce a deep, detoxifying sweat at the deepest level- in our cells where the majority of our stored toxins reside.
