Baby Boomers Circuit Training!

We started our new circuit training on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for the over 50 crowd!

Are you looking for a challenging workout with people in your age group?  We will use the TRX Suspension training plus circuit training intervals using the stability balls, BOSU, cables and tubing.  Sign up online!  5 people minimum.  Very fun group training workout with cardio intervals in between the stations!  A little Pilates Mat and Yoga will be included in the total body “all in one” workout!
