Natural Running form. How is your balance?

Are you staning up right now? 

1.  Look at your feet.  Are you in alignment?  More weight on one leg? One foot turned out? 

2.  Now try standing on one leg and balance.  Close your eyes.  What happens?  Try the other side and compare.

3.  Now squat on one leg quarter way.  Can you keep your hips level?    Where is your knee/hip/ankle alignment?
