We live in a society that is trained to go to the doctor if we have any health problems and get a prescription to “fix” the problem. We need to look at the WHY and the WHAT. WHY do we have the health issues and WHAT are our symptoms??

I have been ask by a few people over the past year “why don’t you take an anxiety pill or anti-depressant” to cope with my “adrenal fatigue”. Why? I would rather figure out why my adrenals are over working and which vitamins or minerals I am deficient in before I get a recovery plan designed for my needs.
