Fitness Forward TRX MMA Conditioning
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitors are some of the most well rounded athletes in the world. They possess high levels of speed, strength, flexibility, balance and conditioning. In this training session, you will do the same strength and endurance exercises that an elite level MMA competitor does to get in the best shape of their lives. 50 minutes of high intensity interval training circuits using the TRX, jump ropes, Ultimate Sandbags and your own body will give you a knock out total body workout. Jonathan Lifvendahl’s Bio
Born and raised in the Seattle area, Jonathan has been competing in athletics of one kind or another since he could walk. As a certified Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach (CMMACC) and with a background in raw and holistic nutrition, Jonathan has a passion for improving all aspects of his client’s lives. After winning several amateur Pacific Northwest and North American Muay Thai kickboxing titles, he competed professionally in MMA. Having coached & trained with many current and former UFC fighters, Jonathan knows exactly what it takes to get your body in the best shape possible for all of life’s challenges. When not in the gym training or keeping up on the latest fitness and nutrition information, you can find Jonathan hiking (and snacking on wild vegetation along the way) or practicing Parkour in a local park.
