Debbie has new openings for private or small group personal training! Debbie strongly recommends scheduling a private session once a month or weekly to fine tune your needs and alignment then supplement other workouts in our group FF circuit classes. We can help you improve even more when we work together on your fitness goals.
- Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7:15 AM shared time (2-3 people)
- Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Thursdays 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
- Fridays 5:30-6 AM, 6:00-6:30 AM or 6:30-7 AM
