Tired of doing the same boring workout routine on cardio machines? Pick a race, register online then get outside and start a new training schedule! All fitness levels can train for a 5k race or longer. Walkers are welcome in most all races. Run – walk intervals if you are new to running or start increasing your distance to one run day per week (long run day). Ask a coach for a training schedule and to observe your running mechanics. Add some form drills to your warm up run and some hills in your routine. Get started today. The reward of crossing the finish line is worth the effort.
