Our mission at Fitness Forward Studio:

We offer small group personal training with a maximum of 16 people per class to provide individual attention to all.  All fitness levels in one small group.  Our Fitness Forward unique TRX Suspension training classes, including “TRX Circuit” and “TRX Cardio Blast”, include all the elements of a workout that we all need:  strength, flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular, metabolic conditioning, functional and dynamic movements.  You are the “weight” in TRX Suspension Training…move your body to make the exercise more challenging and activate your core to move.  Your core needs to be activated non-stop and your heart rate is elevated for 50 minutes…talk about a calorie burner and the most efficient “All in one” workout you will find in town.  Our experienced, knowledgeable, talented and energetic trainers lead your workout.  We offer modifications and variations so all fitness levels will be challenged in one small group!

Our current class schedule and registration for all classes (and new amazing affordable packages) are available on www.fitnessforward.net.  Please reserve your spot in class in advance.  Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to review how to adjust and  how to use your body as a machine with the TRX Suspension Trainer …plus a little time to review the stations for the class!  Proper form and alignment is important to us!  The workout requires mind-body connection so be prepared to focus on only you for 50 minutes!  We also offer a new “Waist Watcher’s Challenge” 30 day or 12 week program.  Ask Debbie for details!
