Happy New Year!

One of my New Year Resolutions is to share my personal story more with other endurance athletes via my book LIFE IS NOT A RACE and podcast interviews with Rich Soares of Mile High Endurance Podcast.

My goal is to educate other endurance athletes about the red flags of chronic fatigue (HPA Axis Dysfunction or easier -Adrenal Exhaustion) with The WHOLESTIC Method program.

Perhaps one of your New Year Resolutions is to take care of the WHOLE you by reducing sources of chronic stress or just stop living life as a race. Life is a journey…learn how to train the WHOLE you!
